I have been teaching basic beginner sourdough classes for over 10 years to over 2,600 wonderful people.

In this class, you will learn the basics. It is geared towards beginner bread bakers, but can also help those who have had some experience. 

​​

Refreshments, fresh bread baked in class, and local cheese directly from Cherry Grove will be served after the class.

 

And following there will be an opportunity to visit the farm store and purchase bread and flour from Sourland Bread, Morganics Family Farm, and Castle Valley Mill.

You leave with your own dough to bake at home and a bonus gift. Looking forward to baking and breaking bread with you!
