This recipe is our OG one, our tried and true one that customers and students have loved for years. Remember, it’s whole grain, sourdough bread that is made with flour that is grown and milled by the following local farms and mills: River Valley Community GrainsMorganics Family Farm, Castle Valley Mill, and Janie’s Mill. It is not sprayed with pesticides and is milled with integrity and love. As our mission at Sourland Bread continues to grow and evolve, one thing will always remain true: we strive to nourish our customers with bread that gives us energy, makes us feel great, and connects us to both each other and the earth! Thanks for being a part of this vital mission!
