You have requested it, we are providing it! Gluten Free Sourdough is made with organic brown rice flour, organic white rice flour, organic oat flour, gluten free sourdough starter, organic chia seeds, organic flaxseed, organic hemp seeds, organic buckwheat flour, organic potato starch, apple cider vinegar, organic coconut and/or olive oil, filtered water, sea salt. We source our ingredients as locally as we can and as organic as possible too.
 
Remember, it’s whole grain, sourdough bread that is made with gluten free flour that is grown and milled by the following local farms and mills: River Valley Community Grains, Janie’s Mill and Blue Moon Acres (rice). It is not sprayed with pesticides and is milled with integrity and love.
