Gluten Free Sourdough is made with organic brown rice flour, organic white rice flour, organic oat flour, gluten free sourdough starter, organic chia seeds, organic flaxseed, organic hemp seeds, organic buckwheat flour, apple cider vinegar, organic coconut and/or olive oil, filtered water, sea salt. We source our ingredients as locally as we can and as organic as possible too.
Remember, it’s whole grain, sourdough bread that is made with gluten free flour that is grown and milled by the following local farms and mills: River Valley Community Grains, Janie’s Mill and Blue Moon Acres (rice). It is not sprayed with pesticides and is milled with integrity and love. Gluten Free Sourdough Loaf
*Our Sourdough Bread is available for pick up only.*
You can pickup anytime between 4 and 8pm on Wednesdays. Your loaf will be on the brown book shelf in the waiting area or out on the porch of Sourland Wellness (located in Hopewell, New Jersey) next to Nomad Pizza in the big yellow house. It will be in a brown bag with your name on it. Orders must be in before Monday at 5pm each week to be ready for that Wednesday pick up, as sourdough is a 24 hour process. If you placed your order after 5pm on Monday, your designated pickup date will be the following Wednesday. Any issues, reach me at (609)793-9981.
Any loaves not picked up on your designated Wednesday will be donated to the Chubbie’s Project. There are no refunds or exchanges.
