Hi Friends,

Many of you have asked me where I buy my ingredients and props over the years. I’ve decided to make a newer list for you here. I also included some flour mills throughout the country, but I encourage you to find a local one near you because there is nothing like supporting both your local grain economy AND eating more nutritious, whole grain bread that was made with better flour.
