We are excited to offer this advanced sourdough baking class in collaboration with Needle Creek Brewery! Our goal is to create space for you to connect with your bread and level up your baking. We will even dive into the power of whole grain flours to better connect you to the land and one another.

We are proud to offer this new Sourdough Baking 201 class in collaboration with Needle Creek Brewery!


You asked for it! We are happy to create it for you!

This class is directed towards all bakers who already have some sourdough knowledge and have been baking on a regular basis.


Our founder Mary Parr, who has taught sourdough classes for over 12 years, will be returning to teaching specifically for this class!!


We will be studying and understanding whole grain flours, such as einkorn, spelt, and rye, the nutritional breakdown of these flours, how they work with an active sourdough starter, and how to incorporate them easily into your sourdough loaves. These flours are at the heart of our breads and we can’t wait to share them with you! We’ll even dive into temperatures and proving times, plus a lengthy Q&A where you can ask Mary all of your troubleshooting…
